📦 Shipping Policy

• Delivery Time:
  Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan.

• Delivery Charges:

  • Flat delivery fee of Rs. 200 nationwide.

  • Free shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000.

• Order Processing:
  Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. You will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

• Tracking:
  Once shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor your order.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer:

• 7-Day Return & Exchange:
  You can return or exchange any item within 7 days of delivery.

• Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Sale/discounted items are non-returnable but may be exchanged if a size issue exists.

  • Accessories (caps, socks, etc.) are not eligible for return/exchange due to hygiene reasons.

• Process:

  • Contact us at 📧 atfaalofficial@gmail.com or 📱 0342-9106773 within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Ship the product back to us (courier charges for return/exchange are the customer’s responsibility).

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue:

    • Exchange (same product, different size) OR

    • Store credit / voucher for future purchases.

• Damaged / Wrong Item:
  If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement at no extra charge.
